Kaleidoscope Festival will take place on Saturday 10 July in 2027. Gates will open at 1pm with the entertainment starting not long after that. Remember to arrive on time to enjoy everything there is to see and do. Last entry is no later than 8.30pm.

The event is set to finish no later than 10.30pm!

The set times and site map will be released in the week before the 2027 event. 

All tickets are digital for this event so remember to have your phone (charged!) with you to show your tickets. Please keep an eye on your emails for all information relating to your ticket(s) and how to access them from your preferred ticket agent.

You will be able to bring sealed plastic bottles of water up to 500ml with you into the event.

There are free water points across the site for everyone to use. You can also bring an empty reusable water bottle (no glass), so that you can refill at the water points throughout the event.

We love a good party, so you'll find plenty of bars across the festival site, serving a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and cocktails throughout the day.

There’s also street food galore from some of London’s finest traders, catering for every taste, including plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, in our new Indoor Food Village - a space inside Alexandra Palace featuring seating, shade, food traders and drinks, offering the perfect place to relax, refuel and take a break from the weather while staying close to the festival action.

It is prohibited to bring your own food, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks or unsealed bottles of water into the event site. Guests may bring a sealed bottle of water (up to 500ml) and empty reusable water bottles (no glass), which can be refilled at the free water points on site.

Kaleidoscope Festival is an outdoor event, so please come dressed appropriately for the weather and check the forecast before you travel.

If it's warm and sunny, remember to stay hydrated, take care of yourselves and look out for one another. Free drinking water will be available from bars and water refill points across the site. You're welcome to bring a sealed bottle of water (up to 500ml) and empty reusable water bottles (no glass) to refill throughout the day.

We recommend wearing light clothing, applying sun cream regularly, and bringing a hat and sunglasses where needed. Small handheld fans are also permitted.

If you need a break from the sun or shelter from the rain, head to our new Indoor Food Village, where you'll find covered seating, shade, food traders and drinks in a comfortable indoor space close to the festival action.

You're welcome to bring a bag for your essentials into the festival. However, there won’t be a cloakroom available, and large bags will not be allowed in, so please leave them at home.

You will be subject to bag checks and searches upon arrival. Chairs and other camping equipment are not allowed at the event. A full list of prohibited items is available in the prohibited items section below.

There will be photographers and videographers on-site throughout the day to capture the event in full swing, so you might be photographed or captured on film during your visit. If you do not wish to be featured please feel free to let the photographer/videographer know.

Please refrain from bringing in any of the items on the prohibited list. It’s all the obvious things, but also includes slightly less obvious items.

The festival site is totally cashless so remember to bring your card or phone (ApplePay/GooglePay) for your food and drinks purchases on the day.

Yes. If you want to do this, you need to get a wristband from our Festival Information Point (by the main entrance gate). When you return you need to show your wristband and ticket in order to get back in.

• Exclusive access to the indoor Phoenix Bar & Pizzeria throughout the Festival
• Private bar and terrace with seating overlooking the Cloud 10 stage
• Use of the Phoenix Bar & Pizzeria to order food and drinks
• Dedicated toilets

* Please note this is an upgrade package only; a ticket for general admission must have been purchased separately

T&Cs:

• Each person with an upgrade must also have a valid general admission ticket to enter the event.
• You will not be able to attend with just an upgrade ticket.
• Kindly be advised you are responsible for paying for any additional beverages and snacks
• There is not a separate standing area for hospitality ticket holders
• The hospitality area is not stage-facing, you will need to access the main arena to watch the show
