Yes, all toilets on site will have accessible toilets available. These will include baby change facilities. There will be additional accessible toilets available in the Palace’s East Court.

We also have a state-of-the-art Changing Places Facility located in the East Lightwell entrance on the South Terrace. The facility includes a height-adjustable changing bench and sink, a moveable hoist, changing screen, shower and accessible toilet.

The event site has step-free routes, but please be aware that the festival takes place on the grounds of Alexandra Palace and therefore will require navigating hills and steep terrain. Furthermore, the weather can cause certain areas to become more challenging to navigate due to wet and slippery surfaces. Please take care and be mindful of this when navigating the park.
