Finsbury Park is the closest accessible station, but please note that the W3 bus will be on diversion on the day of the festival and will not be stopping at the Palace. 

Taxi drop-off will be via the Muswell Hill side of the Palace only and you will need to show your accessibility ticket to gain entrance to the festival from the taxi drop-off point. 

Accessibility customers are advised to follow signs for Village Gate/Muswell Hill side and then follow event signage to reach the accessible viewing platform and festival facilities via the accessible route.

Please note that the lower road route is uneven and can be bumpy in places, making it less suitable for wheelchair users.

There will be a free accessible buggy service running on the day from Alexandra Palace station to the main event entrance.

Please note that the buggy service is unable to accommodate wheelchair users. Wheelchair users should access the site via Village Gate/Muswell Hill side using the accessible route.

The buggy service is available for guests who may find the walk challenging, including those with limited mobility, pregnant guests and others who would benefit from assistance travelling up the hill.

Yes, Blue Badge parking will be available for accessibility ticket holders.

Please arrive on site via the Muswell Hill entrance and our team will direct you from there. You will need to show your accessible ticket to be permitted entry.

Please note that there is no public parking available for Kaleidoscope Festival. Blue Badge parking is reserved for accessibility ticket holders only.

Yes, all the main bars across site will have accessible drop-down service available. Please note that there will be some private vendors on site that will not offer this service.

Yes, all toilets on site will have accessible toilets available. These will include baby change facilities. There will be additional accessible toilets available in the Palace’s East Court.

We also have a state-of-the-art Changing Places Facility located in the East Lightwell entrance on the South Terrace. The facility includes a height-adjustable changing bench and sink, a moveable hoist, changing screen, shower and accessible toilet.

The event site has step-free routes, but please be aware that the festival takes place on the grounds of Alexandra Palace Park and therefore will require navigating hills and steep terrain. Furthermore, the weather can cause certain areas to become more challenging to navigate due to wet and slippery surfaces. Please take care and be mindful of this when navigating the Park.
