We run a complimentary child wristband system, whereby we can provide a wristband for your child with your preferred contact details on it. If you and your child become separated and your child is spotted alone, our team will use the details on the wristband to locate you. Speak to our on-site Visitor Services team if you would like a wristband.

When you check out, simply add the number of adult and kids tickets you need for your party into your basket. Please note, we do not have a family ticket available. 

We realise that some parents will want to take children home before the evening’s entertainment. From 4pm we will be operating a re-entry system for parents. Please make sure that you get issued with a re-entry wristband at either of the entrance tents and that you are back on site by 8.30pm latest, the last entry time for re-entry wristband wearers.

You are welcome to bring buggies and festival trolleys but please be aware that there will be no buggy park facility in operation.

Please be aware that the event is taking place on a hill and that entrances and exits will be busy at peak times so we recommend factoring this into your planning.
