The festival historically takes place in mid-July and gates open at 1pm with the entertainment starting not long after that. Remember to arrive on time to enjoy everything there is to see and do. Last entry is no later than 8pm.

The event is set to finish no later than 10.30pm!

All tickets are digital for this event so remember to have your phone (charged!) with you to show your tickets. Please keep an eye on your emails for all information relating to your ticket(s) and how to access them from your preferred ticket agent.

Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Yes, your ticket is valid and you can use it on the day to gain entry to Kaleidoscope 2024. If you have any questions, contact our team at visitor.services@alexandrapalace.com.

You will be able to bring sealed bottles of water of up to 500ml with you into the event. There are free water points across the site for everyone to use. You can also bring an empty reusable water bottle (no glass), so that you can refill at the water points throughout the event.

We love a good party so have plenty of bars spread across the site, stocked with a variety of craft beers, wines, and there’ll be cocktails too!

There’s also street food galore, from some of London’s finest, catering for every taste, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options.

It is prohibited to bring your own food, alcoholic, soft drinks or unsealed bottles of water into the event site with you.

The majority of the festival site is outdoors (the only exception is our Fringe Stage), so please come dressed appropriately for the weather.

If it is hot, please drink plenty of water, drink alcohol responsibly and because the site is relatively open we recommend bringing hats and sunglasses. Also, don’t forget to wear sun cream!

There’ll be photographers and videographers on-site throughout the day to capture the event in full swing, so you be might photographed or captured on film during your visit. If you do not wish to be featured please feel free to say so to the photographer/videographer.

Please refrain from bringing in any of the items on the prohibited list. It’s all the obvious things, but also includes slightly less obvious items.

The festival site is totally cashless so remember to bring your card or phone (ApplePay/GooglePay) for your food and drinks purchases on the day.

Yes. If you want to do this, you need to get a wristband from our Festival Information Point (by the main entrance gate). When you return you need to show your wristband and ticket in order to get back in.
